一、用途及適用範圍
SYD-0719自動車轍試驗儀是是根據中華人民共和國行業標準JTJ052《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規程》中的T0719《瀝青混合料車轍試驗》所規定的要求設計制造的，適用用於瀝青混合料的高溫抗車轍能力的測定，也可用於瀝青混合料配比設計的輔助性檢驗。
本儀器通過應用軟件，由微機對主機及試驗過程進行控制，並能自動分析試驗結果並生成試驗曲線，出具相關的試驗報告。

二、主要技術指標和參數
1、試樣尺寸：               300㎜×300(或150)㎜×50mm；
2、工作方式：               曲柄連桿驅動試驗臺運動；
3、橡膠硬度：               國標標準硬度60℃時78±2；
4、試驗輪行走距離：         230mm±10mm；
5、往返碾壓速度：           (42±1)次/分鐘 (21次往返/分鐘)；
6、加載裝置：               接觸壓強在60℃時為0.7MPa±0.05Mpa，施加的總荷重為78kg左右，並可以調整；
7、位移的測量範圍：         0㎜～30mm ；
8、位移的測量精度：         小於0.01mm ；
