Vickers威格士DG5V72CTMUH754為了提高殼內流體的流速，通常在殼體內安裝數量與管束垂直的折流擋板。常用的擋板形式有圓缺形(又稱弓形)和盤環形兩種(見圖)。由於管板與殼體、管子都焊在一起，位置完全固定不變，故稱為固定管板式。整個換熱器分為兩部分：換熱管內的通道及與其兩端相貫通處稱為管程；換熱管外的通道及與其相貫通處稱為殼程。若管流體一次通過管程，稱為單管程。流體在管內依次往返多次，則稱為多管程。常採用二管程和四管程(見圖)。固定管板式換熱器的優點是結構簡單、緊湊。
