測試係統由三部分組成,分別是被測伺服驅動器—電動機係統、係統固有負載及上位機。上位機將速度指令信號發送給伺服驅動器,伺服係統按照指令開始運行。在運行過程中,上位機和數據採集電路採集伺服係統的運行數據,並對數據進行保存、分析與顯示。
對於這種測試係統,負載採用被測係統的固有負載,因此測試過程貼近於伺服驅動器的實際工作情況,測試結果比較準確。但由於有的被測係統的固有負載不方便從裝備上移走,因此測試過程只能在裝備上進行,不是很方便。

速度比例增益
1、設定速度調節器的比例增益;
2、設置值越大,增益越高,剛度越大。參數數值根據具體的伺服驅動係統型號和負載值情況確定。一般情況下,負載慣量越大,設定值越大;
3、在係統不產生振蕩的條件下,盡量設定較大的值。
