風河公司是Intel?公司(NASDAQ: INTC)的全資子公司,是智能連接係統嵌入式軟件的者。1981年以來,公司一直站在嵌入式器件計算的前沿,數以10億的產品都採用了其技術。風河公司提供業界的嵌入式軟件係列產品,由級專業服務和支持以及廣泛的合作夥伴支持係統為其提供支持。風河公司的技術和專業知識實現了、保密和可靠的智能係統的創新和實施。目前無人飛行器主要飛行於大氣對流層和平流層低層區間。該區間大氣溫度變化復雜,大氣環境的溫度過低或過高都將直接影響無人飛行器控制係統的正常工作。由於無人飛行器機身需要檢測溫度的部位較多,監測目標比較分散,使用單一結構的溫度傳感器或結冰探測儀表難以實時、地掌握整個機身表而溫度狀況,因此,本設計結合已有的民用多路測溫技術,提出一種基於FPGA的適用於無人飛行器機身各部位溫度檢測和功能事務管理的多路溫度巡檢係統。該係統可在無人飛行器飛行過程中,根據需要循環監測各部位的溫度狀況,以便能夠及早測出機身可能出現的結冰低溫並向係統發出報警信號使飛機及時飛離結冰區域或開啟除冰設計,從而達到保障飛行的目的。
2.設計方案的總體結構

本設計採用FPGA作為核心芯片,電源電路供電後,信號調理電路通過鉑電阻傳感器PT100將採集的電壓信號通過放大器放大後送給A/D採樣電路,A/D採樣電路通過採樣把模擬信號轉換為數字信號後送給FPGA進行處理,處理數據後FPGA自動把處理結果送出,通過液晶顯示並且與鍵盤電路設定的值進行比對,如果超出設定值範圍,FPGA送出信號,使得蜂鳴器電路報警,繼電器電路響應,啟動加熱裝置,圖1給出了係統的整體框圖。
3.硬件電路設計及實現
按照係統的功能要求,裝置的硬件電路依據其功能劃分為信號調理模塊、A/D採樣模塊、FPGA小係統模塊等部分。
3.1 信號調理模塊
係統採用惠斯通電橋接入鉑電阻傳感器PT100信號,如圖2所示。

圖2中INA、INB之差與PT100阻值變化呈線性關係,通過將INA、INB變化值採樣再對應鉑電阻傳感器P100刻度表即可換算得到實測溫度。考慮到鉑電阻傳感器PT100探頭產生的信號非常微弱,很容易受到噪聲幹擾,所以放大電路選擇單運放構成的儀表放大器。儀表放大器擁有差分式結構,對共模噪聲有很強的抑制作用,同時擁有較高的輸入阻抗和較小的輸出阻抗,非常適合對微弱信號的放大。圖2中R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8均採用低溫漂的精密電阻,R2為多圈精密可調電阻。通過電路可以計算出:
由式(1)可看出,通過增減R8的阻值即可改變增益,得到理想的放大倍數。A/D採樣模塊
係統選用AD7476作為採樣芯片。該芯片是12位低功耗逐次逼近型ADC,採用單電源工作,電源電壓為2.35V至5.25V,高吞吐速率可達1MSPS,完全滿足本係統的採樣精度和速度的要求。該芯片內置一個低噪聲、寬帶寬採樣保持放大器,可處理6MHz以上的輸入頻率。
AD轉換過程和數據採集過程通過CS和串行時鐘SCLK進行控制,從而為器件與FPGA接口創造了條件。輸入信號在CS的下降沿進行採樣,而轉換同時在此處啟動,轉換速率取決於SCLK的時鐘頻率。圖3為AD7476的典型接線電路。

4.軟件設計
溫度巡檢裝置的軟件以VHDL語言為基礎,採樣模塊化的設計思路編程,分為液晶顯示模塊、AD採樣模塊、鍵盤輸入模塊、報警模塊和PWM控制模塊模塊。圖4給出了各模塊之間的關係圖。
