ABSTRACT: To the characteristic of the frequency fluctuations appeared the large Units into the isolated power network, Base on the NT6000 Distributed Control System, the paper propose a new boiler-turbine optimal control strategy. After theoretical analysis and experimentation in ZhouShan plant, By coordination of boiler load and turbine frequency control, and improve the speed control loop speed, optimize the DEH hardware, we can meet the requirement for the isolated power network control.
