Moxa解決方案
雪山隧道採用了歐姆龍的PLC,可自動響應信號控制係統,或可進行手動操作。因PLC還帶有串口,因此採用了Moxa的NPort 5230串口設備聯網服務器,將PLC接入以太網絡。當緊急事故發生時,PLC可通過NPort 5230從網絡直接獲取指令,迅速降低通道流量。
對不同出入口的控制係統而言,數據傳輸也是十分重要的。係統集成商採用了Moxa EDS-508-SS-SC工業交換機,使用單模光纖組建了一個可靠的工業環網,確保網絡的不間斷運行。單模光纖環網還通過光纖向上接入本地控制室。基於這樣一個可靠的架構,雪山隧道運營方可及時根據不同情況來調整車流量,從而確保駕駛員和車輛的。
