電壓（BIAS VOLTAGE）,經過長時間的測試（1～1000小時）並觀察線路是否有瞬間短路的

現象發生（ION MIGRATION）,並記錄阻抗變化狀況，故又叫做CAF試驗，絕緣阻力電阻試驗，或者是OPEN/SHORT試驗，我們將其統稱為絕緣劣化試驗。（ION MIGRATION TESTING）
