(1)PLC的類型
PLC按構造分為全體型和模塊型兩類,按運用環境分為現場設備和操控室設備兩類;按CPU字長分為1位、4位、8位、16位、32位、64位等。從運用視點動身,一般可按操控功用或輸入輸出點數選型。全體型PLC的I/O點數固定,因而用戶挑選的地步較小,用於小型操控體係;模塊型PLC供應多種I/O卡件或插卡,因而用戶可較合理地挑選和裝備操控體係的I/O點數,功用拓展便利靈敏,一般用於大中型操控體係。
(2)輸入輸出模塊的挑選
