加料配比計量控制
苯酚與甲醛的加料配比是酚醛樹脂生產工藝的核心機密，也適影響產品合格與否的關鍵工藝參數，所以加料配比計量嚴格而且準確無誤。這裏採用稱重儀來檢測計量苯酚、甲醛的加入量，採用快速切斷閥來控制苯酚、甲醛的加料物流。具體控制方案是：苯酚稱重儀檢測計量稱重罐中的苯酚加入量，達到設定值時，發出關閉快速切斷閥的信號，關閉控制苯酚加料物流的快速切斷閥，切斷苯酚加料物流；甲醛稱重儀檢測計量稱重罐中的甲醛加入量，達到設定值時，發出關閉快速切斷閥的信號，關閉控制甲醛加料物流的快速切斷閥，切斷甲醛加料物流。
反應釜的溫度控制
在樹脂合成反應的過程中，反應釜的溫度是一個重要控制指標，工藝要求反應釜的溫度嚴格受控且有規律變化。從45℃到85℃的溫變過程具有明顯的升溫曲線的特徵，升溫曲線如下圖所示。這裏採用Pt100熱電阻測溫元件檢測反應釜的溫度，採用氣動調節閥調節反應釜加熱蒸汽， PID溫度調節器以設定曲線值為給定值，通過氣動調節閥調節反應釜加熱蒸汽流量來實現反應釜的溫度控制。
