三、產品特點
★外殼採用冷軋鋼板制成，表面噴塑工藝處理，爐門採用側開式結構，啟閉靈活。
★中溫箱式爐採用封閉型爐膛，以電熱合金絲為加熱元件制成螺旋形後，盤繞於爐膛四壁之中，散熱時爐溫均勻延長了使用壽命。
★高溫管式電阻爐採用高溫燃燒管，以硅碳棒作為加熱元件在爐膛外套內安裝。
★高溫箱式電阻爐以硅碳棒為加熱元件，直接在爐膛內安裝，熱利用率高。
★本係列電阻爐保溫材料選用輕質泡沫保溫磚以及硅酸鋁纖維棉，使其蓄熱量和導熱係數減少致使爐膛蓄熱量大升溫時間縮短，表面溫升低，空爐損耗率小，耗電量也大大降低。
