    該產品是一種便攜式測量儀，它能快速、無損傷、精密地進行涂、鍍層厚度的測量。既可用於實驗室，也可用於工程現場。通過使用不同的測頭，還可滿足多種測量的需要。本儀器能廣泛地應用在制造業、金屬加工業、化工業、商檢等檢測領域。是材料保護專業的儀器。本儀器符合以下標準： GB/T 4956─1985 磁性金屬基體上非磁性覆蓋層厚度測量磁性方法 GB/T 4957─1985 非磁性金屬基體上非導電覆蓋層厚度測量渦流方法 JB/T 8393─1996 磁性和渦流式覆層厚度測量儀 JJG 889─95 《磁阻法測厚儀》 JJG 818─93 《電渦流式測厚儀》。
二、產品特點
    ★本儀器採用了磁性和渦流兩種測厚方法，可無損地測量磁性金屬基體(如鋼、鐵、合金和硬磁性鋼等)上非磁性覆蓋層的厚度(如鋅、鋁、鉻、銅、橡膠、油漆等)及非磁性金屬基體(如銅、鋁、鋅、錫等)上非導電覆蓋層的厚度(如:橡膠、油漆、塑料、陽極氧化膜等)。
    ★可使用7 種測頭(F400、F1、F1/90°、F10、CN02、N1)
    ★具有兩種測量方式：連續測量方式（CONTINUE）和單次測量方式（SINGLE）；
    ★具有兩種工作方式：直接方式(DIRECT)和成組方式(A-B)；
    ★設有五個統計量：平均值（MEAN）、大值（MAX）、小值（MIN）、測試次數（NO．）、標準偏差（S．DEV）；
    ★可採用兩種方法對儀器進行校準，並可用基本校準法對測頭的係統誤差進行修正；
    ★具有存貯功能：可存貯495 個測量值；
    ★具有刪除功能：對測量中出現的單個可疑數據進行刪除，也可刪除存貯區內的所有數據，以便進行新的測量；
    ★設置限界：對限界外的測量值能自動報警；並可用直方圖對一批測量值進行分析；
    ★具有打印功能：可打印測量值、統計值、限界、直方圖；

Two, product characteristics
★this instrument adopts magnetic and eddy current two kinds of thickness measurement, nondestructive measurement can be magnetic substrates ( such as steel, iron, alloy steel and hard magnetic and non-magnetic ) thickness of coating layer ( such as zinc, aluminium, chromium, copper, rubber, paint, etc) and non magnetic metal ( such as copper aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.) of non-conductive cover layer thickness ( such as: rubber, plastic, paint, anode oxidation film ).

★has two measurement modes: continuous measurement ( CONTINUE ) and a single measurement ( SINGLE );
★has two operating modes: direct mode ( DIRECT ) and ( A-B ) group mode;
★has five statistics: Average ( MEAN ) ( MAX ), maximum value, minimum value ( MIN ), the number of tests ( NO. ), the standard deviation ( S.DEV );
Can use two kinds of methods to calibrate the instrument, and can be used to probe the basic calibration method for system error correction;
★having storage function: it can store 495 measured values;
★has a delete function : to measure appearing in the single suspicious data delete, can also delete all data within the storage area, so that the new measurement;
★set limit: to limit the measurement value can automatically alarm; and can be used on a number of measured values of histogram analysis;
