    HVS-50Z型自動轉塔數顯維氏硬度計是光機電一體化的高新技術產品，它具有在測試時壓頭與物鏡自動切換，測試點自動定位。有良好的可靠性，可操作性，是小負荷維氏硬度計的升級換代產品。該機採用計算機軟件編程，高倍率光學測量係統，光電傳感等技術，通過軟鍵輸入，能調節測量光源的強弱，選擇測試方法與硬度對照表、保持時間，文件號與儲存等，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗方法、試驗力，測量壓痕長度、硬度值、試驗力保持時間，測量次數，並能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗結果和數據處理等，通過打印機輸出，RS232接口與計算機連網。硬度計適用於測量微小、薄形試件、表面滲鍍層處理後的零件，是科研機構、工廠及質檢部門進行研究和檢測的理想的硬度測試儀器。適用範圍：熱處理、碳化、淬火硬化層，表面覆層，鋼，有色金屬，微小及薄形零件等。
