一、產品簡介
     SL-86A、B電火花針孔檢測儀是用於檢測金屬表面絕緣覆層中肉眼看不到的針孔、氣隙、裂紋等缺陷的儀器，是金屬貯罐、管道、搪瓷等金屬表面防腐層檢測的理想儀器。當發現針孔時儀器產生火花和音響報警，並對缺陷點記錄一次。
用途：廣泛應用於油、氣田防腐絕緣廠，油建公司管道安裝隊，石油儲罐建設部門的防腐質量監理部門的質量技術監督；應用於燃氣公司，自來水公司的金屬管道的防腐質量檢測；造船廠、石化廠、廠、機械廠、搪瓷廠及大型橋梁工程建設單位的涂敷防腐質量檢測；管道運輸企業，防腐層老化程度檢測及大修涂敷質量檢測。
二、檢測原理
    金屬表面絕緣防腐層針孔、漏鐵及漏電微孔處的電阻值和氣隙密度都很小，當有高壓經過時形成氣隙擊穿而產生火花放電，給報警電路和計數電路各產生一個脈衝信號，報警器發出聲光報警，計數器記錄一次，根據這一原理達到防腐層檢測目的並對防腐層缺陷進行計數。
