一、產品簡介
SYD-0719B自動車轍試驗儀（雙輪，同時可做兩個試件。輪動方式、可做浸水試驗，可控制試模內部溫度，自動控制、自動採集）主要用於瀝青混合料的高溫抗車轍能力的測定，也可用於瀝青混合料配比設計的輔助性檢驗。
二、產品特點
1 溫度控制採用PWM調制方式控制，同時控制：試樣溫度；浸水車轍試驗水箱內水的溫度；恒溫箱內的環境溫度。
2 恒溫箱採用外循環加熱方式，加熱源通過管道與恒溫箱連接，形成熱動平衡，溫場更均勻。
3 試驗時同時顯示時間與位移、時間與溫度變化曲線，為研究瀝青混合料車轍特性的科研單位提供實踐依據。
4 採用溫度傳感器採集溫度，長時間試驗無溫度漂移（杜絕了一般熱電隅溫度傳感器長時間工作溫度漂移對試驗數據的影響）。
5 本機自帶恒溫箱可同時預熱4個試模，節省試驗時間。
6 本機機械結構採用輪動方式，與國外產品機械結構相同，試驗數據更接近實際情況。
7 本機試驗時試模厚度範圍0～100mm，不須調整，滿足不同路面層面的車轍試驗要求。
8 HYCZ-5A型（雙試驗輪）自動車轍試驗儀可同時做兩個試模的浸水或非浸水車轍試驗，可同時預熱七個試模。

SYD-0719B automatic rutting tester ( wheel, at the same time can be two pieces.
