一、用途及適用範圍
SYD-0703型液壓式車轍試樣成型機是根據中華人民共和國行業標準JTJ052《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規程》中的T0703《瀝青混合料試件制作方法（輪碾法）》規定的要求設計制造的，主要用於車轍試驗時對瀝青混合料試驗做碾壓成型，也適用於瀝青混合料其它物理、力學性能試驗的碾輪法試樣制作。
本儀器集機械、電氣、液壓為一體，和同類產品相比，具有體積小、自動化程度高、功能強、操作方便等特點，是瀝青混合料碾壓成型的理想儀器。

1、試模規格： 300mm×300mm×（30㎜∼100mm）；
2、試模車行程： 300mm；
3、試模車運動速度： 6次往返/分鐘；
4、試模高度變化值： 30㎜∼100mm；
5、碾輪壓力： 0kN∼20kN內，可任意調整；
6、碾輪規格： 半徑為500mm，寬度為300mm；
7、碾輪預熱： 20℃∼200℃，可任意設定（通常設定為100℃）；
