一、用途及適用範圍
SYD-0615石油瀝青蠟含量試驗器是根據中華人民共和國行業標準SH/T0425《石油瀝青蠟含量測定法》和JTJ052《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規程》中的T0615- 2000《瀝青蠟含量試驗》所規定的要求設計和制造的。適用於測定石油瀝青中的蠟含量、天然原油的減壓渣油生產的石油瀝青的蠟含量、及道路石油瀝青的蠟含量，是石油化工、建築、公路建設等行業理想的瀝青蠟含量的分析試驗儀器。

二、主要技術特點
1、本儀器採用蒸餾冷卻的方法測定試樣的蠟含量，儀器共分為上下兩部分：上半部分含有攪拌電機、溫度傳感器、氣路分配器、試樣器皿挂勾架等，下半部分為冷卻過濾部分。
2、本儀器特別設計的氣路分配器、試樣器皿挂勾架，充分考慮了儀器使用的專業性，是儀器使用更合理，更方便。
3、本儀器的恒溫浴缸採用大口徑杜瓦瓶，保溫性能好，觀察窗口不結霧，觀察方便。
4、本儀器溫度控制器採用精度高、溫度顯示清晰、控溫點設置方便的數字溫控儀，控溫精度高、降溫迅速、操作簡便。
5、儀器為落地式結構，每次可同時作三個樣品的分析試驗，試驗效率高。
