一、產品簡介
　　本儀器是紙和紙板表面吸水性試驗的常規儀器，亦稱為紙張表面吸收重量測定儀。這種儀器採用吸收性試驗多種方法中的可勃（Cobb）試驗法，因此也稱為可勃吸收性測定儀。本儀器主要用於測定施膠紙和紙板包括瓦楞紙板的表面吸水性。本儀器只是測定紙與紙板表面吸水性，但不適用於準確評價紙或紙板的書寫性能。本儀器符合以下標準：ISO535—1991 紙和紙板吸水性的測定——可勃（Cobb）法;GB/T1540—1989 紙和紙板吸水性的測定法（可勃法）
    紙與紙板表面吸水量（Cobb）值定義：單位面積的紙和紙板在壓力、溫度下，在規定時間內表面所吸收的水量，以g/㎡計。具體公式如下：C=（G2-G1）×100。
    式中：C —— 可勃吸水值；
          G2 —— 吸水後稱出之試樣質量；
          G1 —— 吸水前稱出之試樣質量。
二、技術指標
    ★金屬圓筒內截面積為100±0.2㎝2（相應內徑為112.8±0.2mm），
    ★圓筒高為50mm，圓筒環面與試樣接觸部分應光滑。
    ★吸水紙定量為200～250g/㎡，其吸收速度為75mm/10min。
    ★當吸水紙單層定量小於200～250 g/㎡時，可以用多層疊加以滿足要求。
    ★光滑金屬平輥：輥的寬度200±0.5mm，質量應為10±0.5kg。　
    ★環境條件：溫度20～40℃、相對濕度＜85％
    ★外形尺寸：長×寬×高＝510 X 400 X 365 mm
    ★重    量：30 kg

The apparatus is the surface of paper and chipboard absorption test of conventional instruments, also known as paper surface absorption weight measuring instrument. This apparatus using a resorbable test methods of Cobb ( Cobb ) test, thus also called Cobb absorption tester. The instrument is mainly used for the determination of sized paper and paperboard includes a corrugated surface water absorption. This instrument is determination of paper and cardboard surface water, but not suitable for accurate evaluation of paper or paperboard writing performance. 紙與紙板表面吸水量（Cobb）值定義：單位面積的紙和紙板在壓力、溫度下，在規定時間內表面所吸收的水量，以g/㎡計。具體公式如下：C=（G2-G1）×100。
Paper and paperboard surface water quantity ( Cobb ) definition: value per unit area of the paper and board at a certain pressure, temperature, within the specified time surface absorbed by the water, to g/ ㎡meter. The formula is as follows: C= ( G2-G1 )× 100.
式中：C —— 可勃吸水值；
Type : C -- Cobb water absorption value;
G2 —— 吸水後稱出之試樣質量；
G2 -- after the water called the sample quality;
G1 —— 吸水前稱出之試樣質量。
