Trouble diagnosis

A severity scale with four severity levels helps prioritize maintenance work and advise technicians on the correct repair actions, while detailed diagnostic reports and spectrum plots help confirm data quality and narrow down the root cause of the problem.

Data related functions

It has 2GB of expandable onboard memory, providing enough space for storing machine data. At the same time, ViewerPC software has expanded data storage and tracking capacity, and can be used to diagnose faulty equipment, understand the root cause of the fault, inspect equipment before and after planned maintenance, and confirm the repair effect, etc.

Auxiliary measurement function

The laser tachometer accurately measures machine operating speed, thereby improving diagnostic accuracy, with a range of 6.0 to 99,999rpm and an accuracy of ¡Ó0.01% and ¡Ó1 digit from 6.0 to 5999.9rpm and ¡Ó0.05% from 5999.9 to 99999rpm. and ¡Ó1 bit, resolution 0.1rpm, effective range 1cm to 100cm (0.4in to 39.27in), response time 1s (60rpm).

The measurement time of the three-axis accelerometer is reduced by 2/3 compared with the single-axis accelerometer. The sensor sensitivity is 100mV/g (¡Ó5%, 25¢XC), the acceleration range is 80g peak amplitude, the nonlinearity is 1%, and the frequency response is Z2 to 7,000. Hz¡Ó3dB, X, Y2 to 5,000Hz¡Ó3dB.

Onboard correlation sensitivity helps provide real-time tips and guidance to new users. The self-test feature ensures good performance and longer working time. Flexible machine speed configuration enables testing of a wide range of assets, including belt drives, gearboxes and bevel gears.
