161756-A503離心機在預冷狀態時，離心機蓋關閉，離心結束後取出轉頭要倒置於實驗臺上，擦幹腔內餘水，離心機蓋處於打開狀態。轉頭在預冷時轉頭蓋可擺放在離心機的平臺上，或擺放在實驗臺上，千萬不可不擰緊浮放在轉頭上，因為一旦誤啟動，轉頭蓋就會飛出，造成事故。轉頭蓋在擰緊後要用手指觸摸轉頭與轉蓋之間有無縫隙，如有縫隙要擰開重新擰緊，直至確認無縫隙方可啟動離心機。在離心過程中，操作人員不得離開離心機室，一旦發生異常情況操作人員不能關電源(POWER），要按STOP。
