128015-03【冷水機安裝注意事項】特冷水機安裝注意事項：1.安裝機組的場地是地板、安裝墊,其水平度在6.4mm之內，並能承受機組的運行重量。冷水機安裝期間檢查機器是否受到損壞，選擇合適的地方，以便於安裝及日後維修。機組應放在室溫為4.4-43.3℃的機房內，機組的四周和上方應有足夠空間，以便進行日常的維護工作。在機組的一端應留出清洗冷凝器管束的抽管空間，也可利用門洞或其它位置合適的洞口。選擇合適管徑的水管，機組大功率運行時的冷卻係統及冷水係統，並正確連接。對於普通的應用場合，通過蒸發器和冷凝器的水流速度允許在1.-3.6m/s之間。在任何負荷情況下，水流量應保持穩定。所有冷凍水和冷卻水管道的設計及安裝應按常規方法進行，冷凍水泵要位於機組的進水管上，以保證機組內的正壓和流量。配管時應設置減振管以保證適當的彈性，還要防止當水泵停機時蒸發器的水被排掉。管道應有獨立於冷水機組的牢固支撐，避免應力施加在冷水機組的部件上。吊架的設置要便於管道對中。.為了減少噪音和振動，好在管道上安裝隔振器。.為了經濟有效地使用冷水機組，建議請水處理專家分析蒸發器和冷凝器的供水水質，不好的水質會造成積垢影響傳熱，或產生腐蝕沉淀、滋生有機物，影響機組的性能，增加運行和維護費用。請在水管的入口加裝過濾器，並定期清理。.一般來說，正確的水處理和管束的定期清洗能保持其良好的性能，如果現有的水質條件不能用適當的方法加以改善，那麼就需考慮允許管束有較大的污垢係數或專門的結構材料。
