161756-A1064一般潤滑油酸度低於PH6以下即須換。若無法檢查酸度則應定期換係統之幹燥過濾器，使係統幹燥度保持在正常狀態下。污染度指標：如果1ml的冷凍油中污染物超過5mg，建議換冷凍油。含水量：超過1ppm，需要換冷凍油。換周期：一般每運轉1小時須檢查或換一次潤滑油，次運轉後，25小時建議換一次潤滑油並清洗機油過濾器。說明：運轉期間係以每天運轉16小時計算。換潤滑油的操作將係統冷媒回收到冷凝器側，將壓縮機內冷媒排除，將冷凍油從壓縮機的放油角閥排出。
