IFM易福門OT5015 OTP-FPKG OW0004 OWS-3520-ABOA一般來說，鈦板板式換熱器因為流度高，結垢不像殼管換熱器那樣的嚴重，但是也因為供熱係統中，因為所採用的鈦板板式換熱器板件流速好笑，所以存在結垢現象，水質不能忽視。由於鈦板板式換熱器板間距較窄，在2.5mm-5.5mm，特別是集中供熱係統中的常用的人字形波板片的板式換熱器，因為板間接觸點較多，所以當熱媒中懸浮物和水總和那個的污物較多的時候，容易、造成堵塞，對於初次運行的集中供熱的係統，堵塞現象為嚴重，導致換熱器無法正常運行，既要重新洗，極可能的將粒徑調到大於2mm固體隔離在進入板式換熱器之前全部洗掉剛竣工的集中供熱係統，雖然經過衝洗，但是污物還是非常多，為了避免污物進入換熱器，採用旋流除污器將大顆粒污物處理完，第二採用液體過濾器將小顆粒徑的污物處理完全。
