FESTOD係列過濾減壓閥LFR-3/8-D-5M-MIDI-A-NPT下面以噴霧幹燥器為實例，結合制藥工藝實際和GMP要求，談談制藥行業對噴霧幹燥器的要求。制藥行業對噴霧幹燥器的要求1)霧化裝置噴霧幹燥器的霧化裝置一般有離心式、壓力式以及氣流式。離心式霧化器其離心盤的傳動軸部分處幹燥室內外，防止軸封之細粒脫落比較困難;壓力式霧化係統其料液要經過高壓泵壓送，運作時活塞與缸體的磨擦及連桿的密封都會影響料液之潔凈。比較之下，氣流霧化因霧化用的空氣以及料液在進塔之前均可先經潔凈過濾，濾除其所夾帶之顆粒（包括細菌），故而比較適宜藥品行業的幹燥。料液及霧化用壓縮空氣的過濾噴幹前的料液在引入噴塔之前應經.3m的微孔膜過濾，同時霧化用壓縮空氣在經微孔膜過濾之前還應將其所夾帶之油、水先行去除。熱空氣熱空氣源自大氣，所夾帶塵粒等的數量較多，而且流量大，加熱後溫度要求達到14℃以上，加熱器在運轉中會剝落顆粒。為此，熱空氣過濾係統應按照熱空氣溫度要求來考慮，開發出能耐溫耐久長期運轉的空氣過濾器。幹燥產品的送出在幹品的排出口周圍要用潔凈空氣保護，以防周圍環境的塵埃或雜物混入幹燥產品。
