OMRON歐姆龍D4N-2B22產品回收和排風係統：由筒內旋風分離器、振動冷卻收料器、旋風分離器、排風機，濕式除塵器，管道等組成。幹燥過程完成後，幹燥產品懸浮在空氣中，對離開幹燥室的空氣中所帶出的幹燥產品，有效地加以分離及回收；以保證幹燥過程能獲得大產量和防止粉料逸到大氣中造成空氣污染。本機採用一次性收料係統。幹成品與空氣的混合物經內置旋風分離後使產品從幹燥室底部出來後落到振動冷卻收料器（冷卻效率75）部分產品進入旋風分離器，經分離後，成品幹粉由設在旋風分離器下部收料筒收集，含有少量微塵的廢氣從旋風分離器上部出來後進入濕式除塵器，經除塵凈化後由排風機經煙囪排入大氣（需安裝冷凝段）本機採用的濕式除塵器為水噴淋填料過濾型，壓力損失小，過濾效率高，附有水箱及水泵，供循環使用，當噴淋水質達到濃度後，可進行前道工序進行回收利用或經廢水處理係統進行處理後排放，除塵器內填料應定期進行清洗。回收制冷劑無論是冬季，還是夏季移機，都把空調器中的制冷劑收集到室外機中去。拆機前應啟動空凋器，可用遙控器設定制冷狀態，待壓縮機運轉5－1分鐘，制冷狀態正常後，用扳手擰下外機的液體管與氣體管接口上的保帽，關閉高壓管（細）的截止閥門，l分鐘後管外表結露，立即關閉低壓管（粗）截止閥門，同的迅速關機，拔下電源插頭，用扳手擰緊帽，至此回收制冷劑工作完成。（如果是冬季，宜先用溫熱的毛巾蓋住室內機的溫度傳感器，然後控制冷狀態設定開機。
