OMRON歐姆龍CJ1W-OD212KCB不銹鋼齒輪泵主要有齒輪、軸、泵體、閥、軸端密封所組成。齒輪經熱處理有較高的硬度和強度，與軸一同安裝在可換的軸套內運轉。泵內全部零件的潤滑均在泵工作時利用輸出介質而自動達到。KCB不銹鋼齒輪泵像一個缸筒內的活塞，當一個齒進入另一個齒的流體空間時，液體就被機械性地擠排出來。因為液體是不可壓縮的，所以液體和齒就不能在同一時間佔據同一空間，這樣，液體就被排除了。由於齒的不斷嚙合，這一現象就連續在發生，因而也就在泵的出口提供了一個連續排除量，泵每轉一轉，排出的量是一樣的。
