BBK 20-103中空纖維膜分離制氮機是由中空纖維膜組、空氣過濾器、空氣加熱器及純度控制器等組成。兩種或兩種以上的氣體混合通過高分子膜時，由於各種氣體在膜中的溶解度和擴散係數的差異，導致不同氣體在膜中相對滲透速率有所不同，根據這一特性，可將氣體分為：快氣和慢氣。膜分離制氮機工作原理：當混合氣體在膜兩側壓差的作用下滲透速率相對較快的氣體如水、氧、化碳等透過膜後在膜滲透側被富集，從而達到混合氣體分離之目的，氮氣等惰性氣體被富集成高純度供生產用，有滲透側排空的為富氧空氣。
