entics安沃馳0822349007手動盤車、調試轉動輕松為宜，安裝聯軸器。將電機吊放在化工泵體上面，檢查兩個聯軸器之間的間距，一般為3~5mm，檢查電機與水泵的同軸度，擰緊電機與泵體的連接螺栓。檢查設備所有連接螺絲緊固情況。然後接入電機電源線。試車前檢查：拆卸工業水泵進口濾網端蓋板，取出濾網清洗後恢復安裝。打開進出口閥門，排出泵體內空氣，檢查水泵各級有無漏水，如有調節泵體固定螺栓。檢查電機線頭絕緣及電線柱是否損壞，檢查電控箱內電氣元件的配制，對直接啟動和降壓啟動的交流接觸器觸點檢查是否完好；檢查熱繼電器的整定值是否與電機運行電流相等，緊固所有接線頭以及測試接地是否可靠。
