The SST-PB3-CLX-RLL module is a multi-functional communication module with the following features and performance indicators:

Application flexibility: A variety of optical fiber networks can be formed, suitable for different industrial control scenarios.

Dual bus electrical interface: logically independent dual bus electrical interface, supporting the backup of the electrical interface or the access of a single device to the dual redundant bus system.

Optical fiber connection capability: When using a point-to-point network, two Profibus DP bus network segments can be connected through optical fiber; when using a dual optical port chain network, multiple network segment Profibus DP bus connections (up to 200) can be achieved.

Ring network redundancy function: Dual optical ports are used to realize dual-fiber ring network redundancy function. When the optical fiber fails, the system can rebuild the network link within 10ms to ensure communication and achieve self-healing protection.

Plug and play: Using the company's self-developed proprietary ring network protocol Ci-ring, no settings or root nodes are required, and the network's ring formation and detachment functions can be quickly completed, simplifying the user's installation and debugging process.

Data electrical interface: supports the Profibus DP bus standard, the communication rate covers 9.6kBit/s to 12MBit/s, and has the function of automatic identification and DIP switch setting rate.

Protection functions: 4000V lightning protection, 1.5A overcurrent protection and 600W surge protection.

Optical fiber interface: supports multi-mode and single-mode optical fibers. The transmission distance is 2 kilometers for multi-mode and 20 kilometers for single-mode. Longer distances are optional.

Signal delay: Optical port signal delay 1.6us/node.

This module is suitable for industrial communication environments that require high reliability and stability, such as automation control systems, PLC control systems, etc.
