(1) Main circuit connection
The U, V, W and E terminals on the driver in the main circuit and the A, B, C and D terminals of the servo motor's main circuit aviation plug must be connected in sequence, otherwise the driver or servo motor may be damaged.
(2) Control loop
1. Connector CNI/F signal line (50 pins)
As input/output of external control signals.
Use 24V, d.c. power supply as the power supply for the control signal.
The connection between the servo drive and other equipment should be as short as possible (within 3m).
Control wires and power wires should be separated as much as possible (more than 30cm), and do not bundle them together or put them in the same wiring trough.
For CNI/F signal lines, twisted-pair shielded wires should be used, and the shielded wires should be connected to the signal ground (GND) of the driver.
2. Connector CNSIG signal line (20 pins)
As a connection line for servo motor encoder.
The longest cable length is 20m. If it is too long, the output voltage (5V) in the driver that ensures the normal operation of the encoder will be lost, causing the encoder to not work properly. At this time, the PG potentiometer on the front panel of the servo driver should be adjusted. Adjust PG so that the starting voltage is between 4.75 - - 5.25V.
The power cords (R, S and T) should be as far apart as possible (more than 30cm), and avoid being bundled together or connected in the same wiring trough.
