合理的容量選擇本身就是一種節能降耗措施。根據現有資料和經驗,比較簡便的方法有三種:
1)電機實際功率確定發。首先測定電機的實際功率,以此來選用變頻器的容量。
2)公式法。當一臺變頻器用於多臺電機時,應滿足:至少要考慮一臺電動機啟動電流的影響,以避免變頻器過流跳閘。
3)電機額定電流法變頻器。
變頻器容量選定過程,實際上是一個變頻器與電機的·佳匹配過程,·常見、也較安·的是使變頻器的容量大於或等於電機的額定功率,但實際匹配中要考慮電機的實際功率與額定功率相差多少,通常都是設備所選能力偏大,而實際需要的能力小,因此按電機的實際功率選擇變頻器是合理的,避免選用的變頻器過大,使投資增大。對於輕負載類,變頻器電流一般應按1.1N(N為電動機額定電流)來選擇,或按廠家在產品中標明的與變頻器的輸出功率額定值相配套的·大電機功率來選擇。
