CHEMPLEX 746 is a smooth grease paste based on a high quality silicone oil and on a combination of White Solid Lubricants. All components are physiologically safe.
CHEMPLEX 746 is intended for the lubrication of plastic/plastic and plastic/metal pairings. The lubrication properties are limited in case of metal/metal pairings.
CHEMPLEX 746 shows a remarkably good compatibility with most plastic and rubber qualities. Even upon long periods of contact, there are no changes at all or only small changes recognisable on the plastic and rubber parts.
Because of its resistance to water, steam, mineral oils and vegetable oils and its large resistance to many chemicals, diluted acids and lyes, CHEMPLEX 746 can also be recommended for the extensive sector of sealing lubrication.
CHEMPLEX 746 can be used for lubrication of plastic/plastic and plastic/metal pairings, such as sealings, different types of plastic bearings and guiding devices, bowden cables (plastic-coated).
Lubrication in food production and in contact with drinking water, in precision mechanics, vacuum engineering, wherever plastic/plastic and plastic/metal pairings are used.
Apply a thin film of CHEMPLEX 746 to the clean sliding surfaces using a rigid brush, lint-free cloth or sponge.
CHEMPLEX 746 can also be applied using automatic lubrication devices.
