套管鋁陽極
套管陽極根據油井表層套管和油層套管的不同，設計有多種規格的套管陽極，陽極設計的消耗壽命在十二年以上。
一、套管陽極用途
本產品應用於新鑽井和側鑽井，特點是套管穿過鹽膏層等介質腐蝕較強的新鑽井和側鑽井套管腐蝕防護。
二、套管陽極結構和工作原理
由金屬主體和合金陽極等組成。利用陽極保護器給被保護套管表面提供一個陽極，使陽極合金犧牲掉，從而使被保護的套管（陰極），降低或減輕腐蝕。
三、套管陽極外觀尺寸
¢139.7mm規格套管配套陽極：¢外168*142.5mm，長度500mm；
¢114.2mm規格套管配套陽極：¢外140*116mm，長度500mm；
陽極鑄造不得有氣孔、砂眼，外觀呈銀白色，表面光潔。
陽極內徑尺寸公差±0.05mm
鎖緊力＞3噸/支。

¢114.2mm規格套管配套陽極鎖緊卡：¢外140*116內，長度120mm；
