喇叭口常用於冷凝器、蒸發器管道的連接或焊接。
管端喇叭口成型機主要利用旋壓的方式，將銅管或鋁管的管端通過高速旋壓加工成喇叭口形狀，與機械式鍛打擴口相比，開口處光滑，平整，無破裂，有效避免機械式敲打撞擊造成開口破裂，不規則或回彈而造成廢品等弊端。
本機適用於紫銅管、鋁管的自動旋壓式喇叭口擴口，人工上下料、定位、自動擴口， 可滿足各類管材喇叭口的成型，通用性。
