The specific gravity of 1.8-2.0 is worse than that of alloy liquid. It has good chemical stability. It does not react with alloy, lining and furnace gas, and does not produce flux impurities. The amount of harmful gases is small, which meets the requirements of industrial hygiene standards and exhaust gas emission. Usage: Suitable for magnesium, magnesium alloy and Al-Mg alloy. Usage: 2-3% dosage. When magnesium alloys are melted in resistance crucible boilers and heated to 740 C, the refining agent is continuously sprayed on the liquid surface. At the same time, the refining spoon is stirred up and down to make the magnesium liquid circulate, so as to prolong the flow of flux droplets and increase the chance of contact and adsorption between flux and oxide inclusions. Usually, the liquid surface remains bright mirror for about 10 minutes.
