3500/40M displacement monitor
The 3500/40M Proximitor is a 4-channel displacement monitor that receives input from Bentley displacement sensors, processes the signal to generate vibration and displacement measurements, and compares the processed signal with user programmable alarm setpoints. You can use the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to configure each channel of the 3500/40M to have the following functions: ?

R rolling bearing vibration note: This monitor channel is configured in pairs and can perform more than 2 of the above functions at once. Channel 1 and channel 2 perform one function, while channel 3 and channel 4 perform another function or the same function.
The main functions of the 3500/40M monitor are:
1) By continuously comparing the current value of machine vibration with the alarm value in the configuration, and driving the alarm system, the purpose of protecting the machine is achieved; ??
2) Provide vibration information of critical equipment for operators and maintenance personnel. ??
Through configuration, each channel typically processes the input signal as a "static value". Each static value has a configured warning alarm value, and each two static values can be configured with a danger alarm value. The delay time of the alarm can be set through software.
