FLEX I/O has high flexibility, low price, and adopts modular design, making it very suitable for distributed applications.
FLEX I/O has all the functionality of large rack mounted I/O and does not require space.
You can choose I/O, terminal type, and network separately based on specific application requirements.
Two separate on-site power connection terminals allow you to connect power to adjacent terminal blocks through a daisy chain method.
An adapter can communicate with up to eight I/O modules. Allow connections:
256 digital inputs/outputs, 96 analog inputs/outputs, or mixed I/O according to your needs;
The modular design of the FLEX I/O system not only gives you the flexibility to choose a network, but also makes expansion easier. The termination of cables is almost entirely carried out on terminal blocks. The terminal block termination options include screw clips, spring clips, and cage clips, which can be directly connected to 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire devices.
In addition, other options such as D-type head, disconnector switch, and fuse terminal block are also available.
The adjustable key switch prevents incorrect modules from being inserted into the pre configured terminal block.
The module can be plugged and unplugged with power. The module has no direct wiring, which allows you to replace the module without interfering with on-site wiring or system power supply.
