1、 控制室和操作室應具備使用條件：
在安裝前，控制室和操作室的土建、安裝、電氣、裝修工程全部完工，室內裝飾符合設計要求，空調機啟用，並配有吸塵器；
其環境溫度、濕度、照明度及空氣的凈化程度符合DCS係統運行條件才可開箱安裝。
2、 對安裝人員的要求：
安裝人員保持清潔，到控制室或操作室工作換上幹凈的拖鞋，已防灰塵進入DCS係統裝置內；
要盡量避免靜電感應對係統元器件的影響，調試時，不穿化纖等容易產生靜電的織物。
