The 3500 system can provide continuous and online monitoring functions, suitable for mechanical protection applications, and provide important information for early identification of mechanical faults.
The workflow of the system is as follows: the sensor input signals obtained from the site are provided to the monitor and keyphase channels within the 3500 monitor frame. After data is collected, it is compared with alarm points and sent from the monitor frame to one or more places for processing. ?
The common features of modules in the 3500 framework are live plugging and internal and external wiring terminals. Any main module (installed on the front end of the 3500 rack) can be removed and replaced in the system power state without affecting the operation of unrelated modules. If the rack has two power supplies, plugging or unplugging one of them will not affect the operation of the 3500 rack.
The external terminals use multi-core cables (one wire per module) to connect the input/output module to the terminal. These terminal devices make it easy to connect multiple wires to the frame in a tight space, while the internal terminals are used to directly connect the sensor to the input/output module. External terminal blocks are generally not compatible with internal terminal input/output modules.

3500/42M displacement/velocity acceleration monitor
