Bently3500 monitor rack, which is used to install all monitor modules and rack power supplies. It provides backplane communication between 3500 frames and provides the required power supply for each module. The 3500 rack comes in two sizes:
The Bentley 3500 monitoring system adopts a modular design, allowing you to integrate the 3500 monitor framework into your current computer system in multiple ways.
The 350 monitoring system is the latest machine monitoring system today, which can collect data through various sensors. This hardware platform is specifically designed and manufactured to help manage critical equipment. This system can provide machine information for various factory personnel.
As a system, the 3500 Monitoring System includes the following components:
? Sensors;
? Bently3500 monitor framework;
? Software;
One main computer.
One or more system components can be combined to meet operational needs.
The sensor input signals obtained from the factory machines are provided to the monitors and keyphase channels within the 3500 monitor frame. After the data of the machine is collected, it is compared with the alarm points and sent from the monitor framework to one or more of the following places for processing:
? Framework interface module for connecting hosts running 3500 data acquisition software;
? Gateway module located within the 3500 monitor frame;
? 4-channel relay module located within the 3500 monitor frame;
TDIx and DDIx communication processors for transmitting mechanical fault diagnosis data.
Machine data can be displayed, compared, or formatted for other control systems in the factory at various locations mentioned above.
The 3500 rack is used to install all monitor modules and rack power supplies. It provides backplane communication between 3500 frames and provides the required power supply for each module.
The 3500 rack comes in two sizes:
1 full size frame -19 inch EIA frame with 14 available module slots
2 mini frames -12 inch frame with 7 available module slots
There are three ordering forms for 3500 frames:
1 Panel Installation - Install the 3500 frame into the rectangular opening on the panel and secure it with the clamps provided with the frame. Connect and access the I/O module from the back of the frame.
2 frame installation - Install the 3500 frame into a 19 inch EIA rail. Connect and access the I/O module from the back of the frame.
3 Wall Panel Installation - Install the 3500 rack on a wall or panel that cannot be connected from the back. Connect and access I/O modules from the front of the framework. The 3500/05 mini frame does not have this option. The power supply and frame interface module must be installed in the two leftmost slots. The remaining 14 frame positions (for mini frames, the remaining 7 positions) can be installed
