                          ²£«~­^¤å¸Ô±¡¸ê®Æ¡G

The bently3500/62 process variable monitor is a six channel monitor used to monitor key mechanical parameters that require continuous monitoring, such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, level, etc. This monitor can accept a current input of+4 to+20mA and a voltage proportional value input within the range of -10 to+10Vdc. It processes these signals and then compares them with user programmable alarm values.

The 3500/62 can be programmed using the 3500 rack configuration software to perform voltage or current measurements. 3500/62 provides corresponding I/O modules based on three signal input forms:+/-10 V DC, insulated 4-20mA, and 4-20mA, with intrinsic safety Zener barriers. The internal safety barrier I/O has external power input terminals to provide intrinsically safe power for 4-20mA sensors.

The main function of the 3500/62 monitor is to continuously compare the current process variables with the configured alarm setpoints to initiate alarms and protect the machinery.

TMR relay I/O module: The TMR relay I/O module contains 12 relays, divided into 4 channel groups, with 3 relays in each group. This method provides 2 out of 3 relay voting function for 4 relay channels. For each relay channel, the TMR relay module provides three alarm contact signals. Each alarm contact signal is input to a relay in the channel group. These relay channel groups can provide 2 out of 3 voting options listed in the following table in terms of electrical design. In addition, each TMR relay module provides an OK status that has been detected by the TMR relay I/O module. If the module is in a NOT OK state, the alarm contact signal from the module will not be detected.
