PCD231B101 3BHE025541R0101 Automation Control Module Do not remove the printed circuit board (PCB) from the control cabinet unless absolutely necessary.
If the PCB cabinet must be removed from the control, follow the following precautions: Do not touch any part of the PCB except for the edges. Do not touch electrical conductors, connectors, or use conductive devices or operate components with your hands. When replacing a PCB, keep the new PCB in an anti-static plastic protective bag until you are ready to install it. Immediately remove the old PCB from the control cabinet and place it in an anti-static protective bag. To prevent damage to electronic components caused by operation, read and follow the precautions in Woodward Manual 82715, Guidelines for Electronic Control Devices, Printed Circuit Boards, and Modules. The protective grounding (PE) must be connected to the back of the equipment, close to a label with a symbol (or a similar unlabeled terminal point among the other 3 labels) to reduce the risk of electric shock. This connection will be made using threaded forming screws. The conductor must provide a connection with an appropriately sized circular lug and a larger wire less than or equal to 3.0 mm (12 AWG).
Operation in the setting mode. Manual setting of the main setting of the checksum for the switchgroup SGF1 of a relay module. The initial value for the checksum is 000 and the switches SGF1/1and SGF1/3 are to be set in position 1. This means that a checksum of 005 should be the final result.Press push button STEP until the LED close to the SGF symbol is lit and the checksum appears on the display.
