The Bently 330180 proximity sensor has undergone significant improvements in its previous design. Its physical packaging allows you to use it in high-density DIN rail installations. You can also install the sensor in a traditional panel installation configuration, which shares the same 4-hole installation "footprint" as the old front-end design. The installation base of any option provides electrical isolation without the need for a separate isolation board. The 3300 XL Proximitor has high immunity to RF interference, so you can install it in a fiberglass casing without being adversely affected by nearby RF signals. The improved RFI/EMI immunity of the 3300 XL Proximitor meets European CE certification, without the need for special shielded conduits or metal enclosures,
The three parts of the system must have consistent electrical lengths. The electrical length of the Proximitor probe plus the electrical length of the extension cable must be equal to the electrical length of the Proximitor.
