The system has high reliability and high utilization, and is widely used in petrochemical, oil refining, oil and gas, chemical industry, electric power, rail transit, aerospace, nuclear industry and other industries. It has extensive achievements in device safety interlock system ESD, steam turbine control, gas turbine control, compressor anti surge control, offshore Oil platform, fire and gas monitoring and protection (F&G), etc.
The biggest feature of the TRICONEX system is its ability to simultaneously meet the fault-tolerant control capabilities of high reliability and high availability. To ensure the high reliability and availability of the system, the controller, I/O module, and communication all adopt a triple design. The control system can identify faults in control system components, automatically eliminate faulty components, and allow online repair of faulty components without interrupting the process while continuing to complete specified tasks. Any faults and related data are stored in NVRAM. If any channel in the I/O module fails, the system guarantees that the module can maintain operation for 1500 hours and still meet TUV AK6 level.
