                         ²£«~^¤å¸Ô±¡®Æ:

The IC698CPE010 is a Central Processing Unit from the GE Fanuc RX7i series. This device is capable of controlling industrial machinery and material processes in real-time. It communicates with other devices and modules through a VME64 connection backplane mounted to the rack.

The IC698CPE010 has a 300MHz Celeron microprocessor capable of performing floating point calculations. The standard speed of each Boolean function is 0.33ms per coil. Other features of this device include but are not limited to the following: three embedded serial ports and two Ethernet ports, bit-in-word reference support, symbolic variable support, a Test Edit mode, and data monitoring over the web.

This device has 10 megabytes of RAM memory for data and programming information. This memory is sustained by a CMOS battery. An additional 10 megabytes of non-volatile flash memory (NVRAM) is also provided. The operating system firmware data is stored in flash memory. Firmware can be updated without taking apart the device or replacing the EPROMs.

There are two means to operate the IC698CPE010: the three-position run/stop switch and connecting the device to a computer and running the appropriate software. Connecting this device to a computer is possible via the serial or Ethernet ports. Note: Using the Ethernet port will require IP addressing and a Cat5 cable. For serial connections, the SNP protocol is used. For configuration and programming of this device, Proficy Machine Edition PLC-Logic Developer software is used on the attached computer. Configuration data is secured with a password.

Follow the instructions in the product manual while installing the IC698CPE010. Disable rack power. Document the Media Access Control (MAC) address of the device. Securely mount and ground the device into slot one of the rack, the designated CPU slot. Connect the Ethernet and serial ports. Re-enable power to the rack. Connect the CMOS battery to one of the connectors. Begin programming the device.

The IC698CPE010 CPU is a GE Fanuc Central Processing Unit. It is an industrial central processor unit from the RX7i PACSystems series. It helps to control different industrial applications. The CPU comes with a 300 MHz Celeron processor and it supports Ethernet speeds of up to 100 Mbps. The CPU features memory retention for 40 days of nominal power. The CPU has 10 MB of non-volatile flash user memory. It is powered with 5 Volts bus voltage and it has a current rating of 3.2 Amps. It can execute boolean expressions with a speed of 0.195 milliseconds per 1000 Boolean contacts/coils. It has an accuracy of 9 seconds per day. The CPU can monitor up to 16 web server and FTP connections. It is designed to be compact and it weighs only 6.3 kilograms. It can be easily mounted on a rack with the backplane. The operating temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius.

The GE Fanuc IC698CPE010 CPU communicates with the programmer and HMI devices by using Ethernet ports with the VME 64 standard format on the front side of the module. The CPU provides access to bulk memory by using a reference table. It can be programmed by using different programming languages including the ladder diagram, structured text, and functional block diagram languages. The IC698CPE010 CPU is equipped with serial ports that support the Modbus RTU slave, SNP, and Serial I/O protocols. The CPU features support for up to 512 program blocks. It also allows the ¡§test edit¡¨ mode that can make modifications for a running program. The IC698CPE010 CPU also supports remote station managers.
